Terms of Service

1. Independent Reseller Status

SatelliteHub is an independent third-party reseller of Starlink hardware kits. Starlink® and the Starlink logo are registered trademarks of SpaceX. SatelliteHub is not employed by, partnered with, endorsed by, or affiliated with SpaceX in any way.

2. Scope of Service

We sell physical Starlink hardware (antennas, routers, mounts). We do not provide internet service. Service activation, monthly billing, network performance, coverage, and technical support are handled exclusively by SpaceX after hardware receipt.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed via email. Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are in USD and subject to change.

4. Shipping

US orders ship within 1 business day via USPS/FedEx. Delivery: 1–3 business days (continental US). International shipping available (fees apply). Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

Refund & Return Policy

Hardware Returns

We accept returns of Starlink hardware kits under the following conditions:

How to Request a Return

  1. Email returns@satellitehub.example with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the kit back using the provided label (return shipping paid by customer unless defective).
  4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Service Cancellation

Monthly service is billed by SpaceX. To cancel, log in to your Starlink account at starlink.com or use the Starlink app. We do not manage or control service billing.

No Refunds for SpaceX Issues
